CoreTime: Team Members
Welcome
to CoreTime Interactive Automated Timecard Processing
This is your link to automated timecard processing.
Simply review the following Employee Agreement, click on the “I
Agree” button and enter your daily hours. CoreTime automatically
tallies the hours, the information is sent to your manager for approval,
then CoreLink receives the approved timesheets and issues you a check
for the appropriate amount.
Required Information:
- Your Office ID
- Your Assignment ID
- Last 4 digits of your social security number
Important Information:
- If you change departments, please contact CoreLink immediately
so you can receive a new work order number.
- All timecards must be input each week by 9:00pm, Sunday. If
you do not input your timecard on time, please contact your CoreLink
representative.
- You may enter your time each day, or all at once at the end
of the week. Remember, you must click submit to save any hours
that you have entered.
CoreTime Employee Agreement:
I certify that no injuries were suffered. I hereby acknowledge that I am responsible for reading, understanding and adhering to the Injury and Illness Prevention Program and Equal Employment and Unlawful Harassment policies outlined on CoreLink's website. If I have any questions regarding these policies, I should contact my staffing supervisor immediately.
Overtime Policy:
Non-exempt CoreLink temporary employees who are eligible to
receive overtime pay will be entitled to time and one-half their
base rate of pay for:
- Over 8 hours of work in a workday
- Over 40 hours of work in a workweek
- The first 8 hours of work on
the 7th day of work
Non-exempt CoreLink temporary employees who are eligible to
receive overtime pay will be entitled to double their base rate
of pay for:
- Over 12 hours of work in a workday
- Over 8 hours of work on a 7th
day
Holiday Pay Policy:
To be eligible for holiday pay, an employee must have accrued 480
hours in the 13 consecutive weeks prior to the holiday. The 13th week ends the Sunday prior to the holiday. Total weekly hours counted toward eligibility can not exceed 40 hours per week.
Paid Holidays Include:
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day, or
- New Year's Day
As a service to our employees, our accounting department tracks your
hours accrued and will automatically issue holiday pay upon eligibility.
There is no need for you to input holiday hours on your timecard
unless you actually worked the day of the holiday.
